These terms apply whenever you use discovergeneration.com or purchase a Discover Generation service.

Our services
Discover Generation provides three Google Business Profile packages β Visibility Setup, Visibility Pro and Growth System β each a one-time engagement covering profile audit, optimisation, business information setup and verification guidance, with Pro and Growth System adding further optimisation, SEO and growth work. Payment
Every package is a single one-time payment, taken securely through Stripe at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically after your purchase.
Verification isn't guaranteed by us
The final decision to verify a Google Business Profile, and the method offered to do so, rests entirely with Google β Discover Generation cannot guarantee that Google will verify any specific business, or how long Google's own review will take. Every package covers the audit, optimisation and step-by-step guidance needed to give your profile the best chance of a smooth verification, but the outcome and timing of Google's decision are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for making sure the business information you give us (name, address, phone number, category and any documents Google requests) is accurate and that you're authorised to manage the Google Business Profile in question. We may pause work if information provided to us appears inaccurate or if we reasonably suspect misuse of Google's verification process.
Refunds
If we're unable to begin work on your package, or you cancel before any work has started, you're entitled to a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis β contact us and we'll talk it through.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of discovergeneration.com belong to Discover Generation. Your business content β photos, descriptions, and the Google Business Profile itself β remains yours; we're simply acting on your behalf to set it up and optimise it.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we don't accept liability for outcomes that depend on Google's own systems and decisions, including verification approval, timing, search ranking or visibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of which market (UK or Thailand) you're purchasing from.
